issue.12: Downward Dog, Pre Fab(ulous) Housing and Celebrity Glamour

I write this from the Dominican Republic where I have just seen the amazing Maxim Bungalows. I am proud of the unique and unexpected experience that will await the first guests this December and can be viewed at www.maximbunglows.com. The website, which just officially launched, is designed and built by VP and is reflective of our growth in our interactive business. We have an amazing team of designers, developers and project managers that are breaking virtual ground. Our work, including Yoga City (mentioned below) and our Public Relations team’s use of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) PR continues to drive online awareness and positioning for our clients.  Don't be afraid to ask us how we can help with your interactive needs!

P.S. - don't forget to join us November 8th-11th for the Dominican International Film Festival  -  great films, great fun, great celebs, great Dominican people and of course-great drinks!

Yoga Fun and So Much More

This fall Vincent Partners is building what will become NYC’s most comprehensive online yoga class sleuth, directory and information website. Yoga City is the brain child of two yoga enthusiasts and instructors; Brooklyn-based magazine editor Minna Proctor, and Brette Popper, President of Individual Investor Group Quest Magazine, and USA Weekend. The website will provide extensive listings, featured articles and reviews of the city’s best yoga classes. It will also feature in-depth coverage of notable teachers, holistic health services and professionals. Stay tuned for the launch of this energy infused, lively and colorful online yoga portal!

Vincent Partners and Optimum Homes Star at the RISMedia Leadership Conference

On September 5th and 6th, the main ballroom of the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City was transformed into an assembly line of booths demonstrating all of the new advances in marketing real estate for agents, brokers and sellers. There was one, however, that quite literally stood taller than the rest.

Utilizing a creative booth design produced by Vincent Partners, Optimum Homes’ space resembled a typical living room with a television screen, couch, chairs, lamps and a coffee table. Curious conference-goers were invited into the “home” to learn all about Optimum Homes’ product in a unique setting. Once inside, Optimum representatives would tell them all about iO channel 606’s benefits as the guests snacked on cookies and fruit, similar to an open house experience.

From across the room, the arched, green façade stood out from the monotonous booths consisting of a table full of giveaways in front of standing banner. And the couches and chairs offered a welcome respite for people walking the floor.

By eschewing the norm Optimum had potential users actively seeking them to learn more about the brand and generated a buzz throughout the entire conference. The booth design resonated with the crowd and created a relevant link of a creative, unique and progressive layout for a creative, unique and progressive service.

As an added bonus, Optimum rewarded one lucky real estate agent with two round-trip tickets anywhere Continental Airlines flies.

For GQ’s "Man of the Year" feature, Solomar rolled out the red carpet for Mark Ruffalo and Javier Bardem. Both were selected out a list of very talented individuals. "Man of the Year" is one of Gentleman Quarterly’s most important features in the magazine. “Man of the Year” will be released in the December 2007 edition.
